Area of Delivery

Products purchased on moneret.ae can currently only be delivered to the UAE. We cover all areas within the country.
For delivery in other countries, please email hello@monere-care.com with your requested location, and we will do our best to launch Moneret there at the earliest.

Shipment Processing Time

As soon as your order and payment are received on the website, you will receive an invoice and confirmation email. You will receive a second email to let you know once your order has been processed and shipped. You will receive a third email to confirm that your order has been delivered.

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders completed on Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays will be processed on the following business days.

Should we experience a high volume of orders, some shipments may be delayed by a few days. Should we encounter any issues in processing your order, you will receive an email from hello@monere-care.com or a WhatsApp message to your registered contact details.

Delivery delays are possible, especially during holiday seasons and during periods of bad weather.

 

Shipment to P.O. Boxes and APO/AFO Addresses

Products purchased on moneret.ae can only be delivered to physical addresses in the United Arab Emirates, as clearly stated in the Terms & Conditions.

  

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as your order is processed and ready for Shipment, you will receive a notification by email, containing a tracking link and number.

 

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged contact the shipper immediately to file a claim. Ensure that you have a photo to support your claim and save all packaging material and damaged goods.
